On June 26th our catering team had the priviledge of catering a beautiful wedding in the hills near Sandy with Mt. Hood as a backdrop. Our menu was all Louisiana all the way as a salute to the groom’s hometown! Crawfish etoufee, Jambalaya with andouille sausage and chicken, Cajun pasta with wild mushrooms, jasmine rice, boudin balls, salads and breads. Our four servers arrived early to set the tables, provided buffet service, cleared tables, and cut the cake. We are happy to report that the Louisiana natives were impressed with our food!
