Well, almost. Our catering team, “Strike This,” placed second at the annual Thanksgiving bowling tournament. Although the bowling is fun the food is the highpoint, provided by us! This year we made brisket with red potatoes and onions, pork loin, creamy sun-dried tomato pesto pasta with chicken or shrimp, mini hot dogs, cold shrimp salad with celery and cilantro, lasagna, fruit salad, and cake.
